AE Database Auction Terms of Use

These polices apply to the iOS, Android, and web versions of the AE Database Auction app.
We, Sparrogon LLC, provide the applications for AE Database Auction.

By registering an account with AE Database Auction you agree to all the following Terms of Use, and we may delete your contributions without notice, give you a verbal warning, and/or terminate your account if we believe activity from your account is violating the terms.

Report Violation

If you see a Terms of Use violation, please report it by either logging in the app and using the "Contact" option in the side menu to send us a message, or by visiting https://aedatabase.com/contact.php to send a message.

Examples of Violations

• Vulgar language is not permitted in listing names or descriptions.
• Harassment is not tolerated in the messaging system.
• Users that purchase or bid on items with no intention to actually complete the trade will be terminated.
• Users that create listings with no intention to actually complete the trade will be terminated.
• Users that have very low feedback rating may be terminated at our discretion.
• Creation of multiple accounts to avoid a previous termination is not allowed.
• Using multiple accounts for the purpose of artificially bidding on listings to increase the price is not allowed.
• Activity that may compromise the backend server or degrade performance for other users is not allowed.
• Using bots for bidding is not allowed.

Future Changes

We reserve the right to update the Terms of Use at any time, and new terms can retroactively apply to prior activities. For example, if we discover a user is performing some inappropriate activity that should result in termination but we did not yet call it out in these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to terminate that user and then will update the Terms of Use to list that activity as a violation.
